This Australian made Encaustic Wax Medium by Langridge is made using Refined Pure Phamaceutical grade Beeswax and Castor Wax.

Encaustic wax medium is usually made of beeswax and damar resin. The Langridge brand wax medium incorporates a different recipe of Castor Wax and beeswax that can be polished to a high gloss if desired, giving it more depth and intensity.

It can be used to extend existing pigmented encaustic wax or to create transparent glazes or on its own for creating translucent layers.

Melting point: 62C -82C

    Love that this is made in Australia. We need more locally produced products like this!

    I also love their pigments, I mix them into this medium to create uniques colours.
